Ashley on JetryderWelcome to the June SLC newsletter! I'm fresh back from two recent trips – the first to India and Nepal with Creative Travel where my personal highlight had to be discovering the 'Garden of Dreams' a tranquil oasis in the middle of enchanting Kathmandu and to inspire you a little further on this grey wet afternoon we have included their latest 'tea garden' Darjeeling itinerary for you to read through. Next on my travels I visited Australia to see some of the Mantra Group properties and Hamilton Island. A favourite spot was Palm Cove – the beautiful golden beach lined with free BBQ stations is the perfect place to relax and unwind and Peppers Beach Club and Spa's lagoon pool is the ideal for a cool down after a trip to the Daintree. One of my Hamilton Island highlights was a Helicopter ride over the Great Barrier Reef and the amazing reef snorkelling with Fantasea Cruises – if you need a little distraction this afternoon then check out Hamilton Island's new video footage!
