Rawnsley Park Station Launches Guided Multi Day Walks

aerial-of-ranges-gimpRawnsley Park Station, a working sheep station in the Flinders Ranges, has launched guided multi day walks. Choose between three or five days trekking in the stunning Flinders, staying in accommodation at the foot of Rawnsley Bluff and dining at the station's popular Woolshed Restaurant.

The Flinders Ranges offer some of the greatest walks in Australia, and our guides offer a wealth of knowledge on the history of the region, as well as of course leading guests around the ranges so that they can take in the incredible scenery.

The three day walks feature walks to Blinman Pools, Wangara lookout and an exhilarating 4:30am walk to the top of Rawnsley Bluff to watch the sun rise over the Flinders, a truly unforgettable sight.

On the more extensive five day walk you will trek to Aroona Valley, Arkaroo Rock and Chace Range. You will also climb St Mary Peak, which rewards guests with magnificent views of Lake Torrens to the west and Bunyeroo Valley to the north. On your final day you too will experience the sunrise over the Flinders with the early morning walk up Rawnsley Bluff.

For more information on these walks please visit Rawnsley Park Station's website.
